The invention provides a conductive roller and an electronic photography device with the conductive roller as a transfer roller, wherein the conductive roller has excellent flexibility and the flexibility is approximately constant along the whole circumferencial direction, such as the image formed on the paper surface is not equal especially at low-temperature when the transfer roller is used. The conductive roller (1) is arranged on the cirumferential surface (6) of the roller main body (2) and a plurality of raised lines (7) and grooves (8) with height difference h of more than 100Mum and space w of below 800Mum are alternatively arranged and a plurality of hollow portions (9),(10) with area occupancy of 10%-80% are arranged insides. The conductive roller as the transfer roller is mounted on the electronic photography device.
