Summary: | The invention relates to a device and a method for measuring the maximum aperture of a filter element by a dry method. In the conventional filtering industry, apertures are measured universally by a bubble point test method; in the method, the filter element is tested in the state of complete immersing, so a test finishing point is difficult to judge due to the influence of the static pressure of infiltration liquid; and the absolute pressure of air inflow instead of pressure difference on both sides of air inflow and air discharge is detected in the measuring process, so a test result has the large deviation, and the numerical value of the maximum aperture of filter element cannot be reflected really.
