Connection portions (225UP to 225WP) to which upper arm control terminals (320UU to 320UW) are connected are arranged in a first board edge portion of a driver circuit board (22). Connection portions (225UN to 225WN) to which lower arm control terminals (320LU to 320LW) are connected are arranged in a second board edge portion of the driver circuit board (22). Upper-arm-mounting regions (227UP to227WP), lower-arm-mounting regions (227UN to 227WN), and a weak current pattern region (228) where photo-couplers (221U to 221W) are mounted are formed in a board region interposed between the board edge portions. Furthermore, signal wiring (40U) which transmits a control signal from the photo-coupler (221U) to the mounting region (227UN) is formed in a conductor layer lower than a conductor layer in which a lower arm driver circuit is mounted in the lower-arm-mounting regions.
