The invention relates to a stop-grouting plug safety separation device for subvertical ground pre-grouting engineering, and belongs to the field of special shaft sinking of mines. When a grouting drill hole meets a broken stratum and a grouting pipe of which the length is equal to the height of a grouting section is needed to be connected to the lower end of a stop-grouting plug so as to ensure the grouting quality, the stop-grouting plug safety separation device is arranged between the stop-grouting plug and the grouting pipe on the lower part of the stop-grouting plug and is used for separating the stop-grouting plug from the drill hole after grouting. The principle of the stop-grouting plug safety separation device is shown as the abstract attached drawing: during the grouting, an inner core pipe (1) is connected with a grouting pipeline, and an outer pipe (4) is connected with a lower core pipe of the stop-grouting plug; and after the grouting, the connection between an upper corepipe and the lower core p
