The invention discloses a method for plugging a spring opening in drilling, which belongs to the technical field of drilling construction. In the method, a drain pipe, a grouting pipe and a high-pressure grouting pump are involved, wherein the bottom of the drain pipe is provided with a baffle plate; the drain pipe above the baffle plate is provided with a stop-grouting plug material; the drain pipe is provided with a valve; and the high-pressure grouting pump is connected with the grouting pipe. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) deeply inserting the drain pipe into a water-upwelling drilled hole when the spring opening is drilled in the drilling; (2) deeply inserting the grouting pipe into the drilled hole, grouting grout into the grouting pipe by using the high-pressure grouting pump, performing bottom-up grouting on the drilled hole and tightly plugging the drilled hole; and (3) disassembling the drain pipe on an upper part after the grouting is finished, and fillingan upper opening of the d
