The culture medium comprises the following components and contents: 3.64g/L of corn starch, 6.0g/L of tryptone, 6.29g/L of calcium carbonate, 4.0g/L of soya peptone, 0.10g/L of aminothiopropionic acid and 0.02g/L of tryptophan, wherein a solvent is artificial seawater. The invention cannot only meet requirement on shake flask experiment, but also can meet requirement on massively preparing Bacillamide C through fermentation of a fermentation tank.
