Summary:Load ramp for loading and unloading of cargo on ships and comprising an inner ramp part (8), which is pivotally connected to the ship (2) at a load opening, and an outer ramp part (9) pivotally connected to inner ramp part around a pivoting axis (12) for folding against the inner ramp part from an unfolded loading position to a set aside position of the load ramp. The outer ramp part is adjustable between different angle positions relative the inner ramp part, whereby one of the ramp parts comprises a section which partly overlaps above the other ramp part. Power means are arranged a distancefrom the pivoting axis for adjusting the angle position of the outer ramp part relative the inner ramp part by adjusting the position of support legs. These are arranged on each side of the load rampand exposed to compression forces in loading position.
