The invention discloses electric energy evaluation system and method, which is applied to an electric energy consumption environment among an electric energy supply device, a battery and a power supply network. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, enabling a receiving module to receive electricity consumption information and the characteristic information of an electric energy supply device, the battery and the power supply network, which are input by a user, then storing the information into a storage module, and finally, analyzing or comparing the electricity consumption information with the characteristic information of an electric energy supply device, the battery and the power supply network in the storage module by an evaluation module according to a set rule or algorithm so as to further work out the electric energy consumption information.
