The invention provides a method and a device for continuously producing charcoals. The method comprises the following steps: processing raw materials such as waste fruit woods and mixed hardwoods and the like into wood bricks meeting the requirements for length, size and sectional area by a block crusher; and adding the wood bricks into a carbonizing furnace to complete the carbonizing process, then generating high-quality charcoals, wherein the fixed carbon content is more than 85 percent, and the water content is less than 4 percent).
