The invention provides a method for sealing carbonated beverage and a device for filling a sealing; a plastic bead in which the volume is lower than the density of the carbonated beverage is used as a sealing; when the container is filled with carbonated beverage, the plastic bead can ascend because of the floating force of the carbonated beverage; when the container is full of carbonated beverage, the plastic bead can seal the opening by means of the air pressure of the carbonated beverage; a sealing device is also configured, and is mainly provided with at least a group of liftable cover caps; the cover cap is used for leading carbonated water, filling carbon dioxide and removing the air in the container; the container is rightly arranged below the cover; the bottle opening of the container is pressed by the cover cap; the air in the container is removed by filling the carbonated water; when carbon dioxide is added, the container is pressurized; the plastic bead is sealed in the gasket of the bottle opening
