The invention relates to a manufacture method of an LED bulb, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing a stem assembly, wherein the stem assembly comprises at least one LED light board connected with a lead rack which is fixed on a glass trumpet tube; putting an opening of a glass bulb shell upwards; and sleeving the stem assembly in the glass bulb shell; and heating the neck of the glass bulb shell so that the neck of the glass bulb shell is melted with the glass trumpet tube to form a cavity, wherein the LED light board is contained in the cavity. After adopting the technical scheme, the manufacture method of the LED bulb has the advantages of improving the manufacture quality and the speed of the LED bulb and decreasing the production cost of the LED bulb.
