Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of D-ribose. In the preparation method, a super-strong solid acid catalyst is selected, and then nucleoside is hydrolyzed into the D-ribose and purine under the catalysis of the super-strong solid acid, wherein the D-ribose has a molecular formula of C4H9O4CHO, and the English name of the D-ribose is ribose; the molecule structural formula of the super-strong solid acid is as follows: S2O82/TiO2; and the weight ratio of the super-strong solid acid to the nucleoside is 1-5:100. The hydrolysis reaction of the invention has the yield up to 98%-100%, and the method has less side reactions, less by-products and is easy to realize purification, thereby producing the D-ribose with high purity and high yield. The impurities are easy to be removed in the process of purifying the D-ribose, and the post-treatment difficulty is reduced. |
