The invention discloses cotton batting with antibacterial sleep-aid function and a manufacturing method. The cotton batting comprises a cotton batting body (1), and an antibacterial agent is permeated into the cotton batting body (1). The manufacturing method comprises cotton carding, blank preparation, pressing and ironing according to a conventional method, wherein in the blank preparation process, one layer of antibacterial agent is sprayed to one layer of cotton batting body; and the corner of the cotton batting body is provided with a scent bag (2) filled with lavender extract, the lavender extract is extracted according to the conventional method, the use amount of the lavender extract is 10 to 20 grams, and a music play device (3) is arranged in the scent bag (2). The cotton batting has the antibacterial function, is favorable for body health, and has the characteristics of low maintenance cost, convenient maintenance, long service life, sleep aid, simple structure, low cost and convenient use.
