Summary:The invention discloses a sending method of an HS-SCCH (high-speed shared control channel) command and a node B. The method comprises the steps of: reserving an HS-SCCH code channel and power resource for sending the HS-SCCH command in HS-SCCH code channel and power resources by the node B; sending the HS-SCCH command to UE (user equipment) by using the reserved HS-SCCH code channel and power resource by the node B; and sending service data to other UE except the UE in the node B by the node B through using the HS-SCCH code channel and power resources except the reserved HS-SCCH code channel and power resource in the HS-SCCH code channel and power resources. The invention efficiently obtains the HS-SCCH command with high scheduling priority through sequencing the priorities of the HS-SCCH commands, and improves the system performance.
