The invention comprises an arc-shaped convexcamber (25) and a skit section which continues with the convexcamber (25) from the periphery part (25a) of the convexcamber (25) and extends externally and radially. The skit section (26) continues with the convexcamber (25) from the periphery part (25a) of the convexcamber (25) in a direction similar to a tangent direction. The tangent (T1) extends along the radial direction of the arch at the periphery part (25a) of the convexcamber (25).
