The invention discloses polyimide siloxane/epoxy resin blend and a preparation method thereof. The polyimide siloxane/epoxy resin blend is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of polyimide siloxane, 75-85 parts of solidifying agent and 0-0.3 part of accelerating agent. In the invention, an organic siloxane chain segment is introduced into the blend in the form of polyimide block, thus products have excellent thermostability and mechanical property; and the shock resistance, the moisture resistance and the surface performance of the polyimide are obviously improved due to the introduction of siloxane; the obtained polyimide siloxane blend can be used in protective coatings of semiconducting materials, insulators and dielectric mediums in electronic circuits, electric wire extrusion coatings, alpha particle barrier layers, photosensing materials, aerospace atomic oxygen radiation resistant layer and the like, thus having very important pr
