Summary:The invention relates to a training and simulation device for electric functional processes in electric, electromechanical, and electrofluidic systems, comprising a controller (14) for the simulation and visual imaging of system components (25-31) on a display (11), electric connections (13) disposed adjacent to the display (11) for cable connection to hardware components of the system, wherein optical inputs and/or outputs of the system components simulated on the display (11) are associated with at least one part of the connections (13), and wherein the controller (14) comprises means for generating respective electrical voltages at the connections (13) from associated outputs of the simulated system components (31) and/or for generating reactions of the simulated system components (25-30) as a function of externally applied voltages on connections (13) which are associated with the inputs of the simulated system components.
