Summary:The invention relates to a new multi-segment control air-conditioning system. The system comprises a treated-air filter, a first treated-air heater, a first evaporator, a hygroscopic turning wheel, a humidifier, a second evaporator, a second treated-air heater and a processing blower which are connected in sequence; the system also comprises a regeneration air filter, a regeneration air heater, ahygroscopic turning wheel and a regeneration blower which are connected in sequence, and a by-pass air duct, wherein temperature and humidity transmitters and the corresponding air valves are arranged between air processing sections; and the temperature and humidity transmitters and air valves are all electrically connected with a programmable logic controller (PLC).
