The invention discloses an oil tank structure. The structure is provided with a tank body (1), wherein a conduit (2) is arranged at a position close to the top wall in the tank body (1); one end of the conduit (2) is sealed; a vent hole (3) is reserved on the wall, which is close to the sealed end, of the conduit (2); the diameter of the vent hole is 0.7 to 1mm; the other end of the conduit (2) is open; and the open end of the conduit (2) comes out from the top wall of the tank body (1).
