The outer periphery (12) of the heat absorbing member is adapted to be in contact withtheinner periphery of the cooling element. Further, at least one slot (20) is formed from the central bore in the direction to the outer periphery of the heat absorbing member to reduce compression stress within the heat absorbing member.
