Summary: | The invention provides a method and a process for producing polymeric aluminum. The polymeric aluminum consists of 0.118 ton of bauxite, 0.138 ton of calcium aluminate powder, 0.395 ton of hydrochloric acid, 0.55 ton of water and 2.8 kilograms of aluminum sulfate. The method and the process comprise the following steps of: 1, adding tap water, simultaneously adding the 31 percent hydrochloric acid, uniformly stirring and mixing, starting steam heating, simultaneously adding the bauxite, timing when the temperature reaches 95 DEG C, and reacting for 2 hours; and 2, when the reaction of the step 1 is finished, keeping the temperature of more than 75 DEG C, adding the calcium aluminate powder while adding the tap water, after the addition of the tap water and the calcium aluminate powder is finished, timing at the temperature of more than 95 DEG C, reacting for 2 hours, adding the aluminum sulfate after the reaction is performed for 1.5 hours, and reacting for 30 minutes at the temperature of more than 95 DEG C. |
