Summary:The invention relates to health-care eye drops which are prepared from anthocyanin extracted from blueberries, grape seeds and sea-buckthorn and have prevention and treatment and health-care effects on eye diseases and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding an appropriate amount of anthocyanin into the eye drops by using fresh double distilled water; adjusting the pH value of the eye drops to be between 6.0 and 7.2; filling the eye drops in an eye drop bottle; and sealing the eye drop bottle to obtain an eye drop product. The eye drops of the invention have certain effects of protecting eyesight, preventing eye damage, and treating nyctalopia, nearsightedness, glaucoma, retinal defect caused by diabetes, cataract and macular degeneration, improve capillary circulation of eyeballs, clear toxins in eyes, provide nutrients needed by the eyes, prevent and relieve eyestrain, discomfort, dryness and eye acid bilge caused by long-term use of computer and reading
