Summary: | The invention relates to a radio frequency connector welding method, which comprises the following steps of: inserting an inner core of a radio frequency connector from a front end into a positioning hole of a welding auxiliary device, and fixing the radio frequency connector on the welding auxiliary device by using a screw; inserting a metal bar into the positioning hole of the welding auxiliary device from a rear end of the welding auxiliary device; adjusting the inner core of the radio frequency connector and the metal bar so as to contact at a welding opening; and welding the inner core and the metal bar by using soldering tin at the welding opening. Compared with the prior art, the radio frequency connector welding method can guarantee the concentricity of the radio frequency connector and the metal bar during welding. Because the welding operation is done by only one person, the efficiency is doubled. Due to the adoption of the welding auxiliary device during welding, the human body scalding is avoided. |
