The ceramic glaze comprises 40 to 60 percent of SiO2, 6 to 12 percent of Al2O3, 5 to 10 percent of CaO, 1 to 3 percent of MgO, 0 to 1 percent of P2O5, 0.5 to 2 percent of SrO, 3 to 10 percent of ZnO, 1 to 6.5 percent of K2O, 1 to 5 percent of Na2O, 0.5 to 4 percent of Li2O, 1 to 5 percent of B2O3, 0 to 4 percent of ZrO2, 0.2 to 4 percent of Y2O3, 0.1 to 2 percent of Rb2O and 0.1 to 2 percent of HfO2, wherein the sum of the components is 100 percent. The glaze can achieve the artistic effect of a decorative product, realize the decoration effects of color and design on the surface of the ceramic, overcome the disadvantages in the conventional decoration of the surface of the ceramic and enrich the decoration methods of the ceramic when embedded in a ceramic body.
