The invention discloses a UV paint interlayer transfer wood grain and pattern process belonging to the technical field of plastic wood surface decoration and mounting processing and characterized by comprising the following steps of: arranging a cooling roll transfer machine behind a roll painting adhesive layer light curing machine set in a UV paint roll painting production line so that a cooling transfer film roll of which a combination layer has no colloid is pressed on adhesive layer UV paint when the base material of the adhesive layer UV paint of which the surface roll painting is not completely cured passes through a pressing roll of the cooling roll transfer machine; then rolling and peeling the plastic film of the transfer film so that a wood grain and pattern transfer layer and the adhesive layer UV paint are reserved in a syncretic way; and then roll painting or spray painting wear-resistant UV paint on the wood grain and pattern transfer layer; and finally preparing an environment-friendly durable
