Summary: | Strong shock prediction is a great problem which is not solved in the world at present. Now, according to the fact that the activity fluctuation inside the earth corresponds to the astronomical phenomena change, the strategy and technical scheme for solving the great problem are explored. The frequent aftershock time computing system software is computer software which reflects the correspondence of the aftershock rhythm and the astronomical phenomena change, and is a part for delineating strong aftershocks in the whole technical scheme. The frequent aftershock time is computed by selecting two groups of symmetric time in the earthquake and using the astronomical phenomena data on that day.
