To provide a metal mold for easily manufacturing a molding excellent in shape stability by bending a thermoplastic resin sheet without needing considerable investment in plant and equipment, and to provide a method of manufacturing the molding formed by bending the thermoplastic resin sheet using the metal mold, and the molding formed by bending the thermoplastic resin sheet by using the metal mold and the method. The metal mold includes a female mold and a male mold and is used for bending and forming the thermoplastic resin sheet. The metal male mold has a projection in a part corresponding to a bending part of the thermoplastic resin sheet for squeezing the bending part of the thermoplastic resin sheet in a thickness direction.
