Summary: | The invention discloses a molding method of a large nuclear-power spherical sealing head product. A spherical sealing head is molded through the following steps of: 1. forging; 2. processing a blank; and 3. stamping molding, wherein the stamping molding step is carried out by adopting a special molding mould. In the invention, the molding mould is adopted for molding, the surface quality of the sealing head can be greatly improved, the stamping molded wall thickness is uniform, and the generation of microcracks can not be caused by non-uniform deformation, so that the shape quality of the sealing head is better; in addition, the sealing head can be better bonded with the surface of the mould, the shape can be better trimmed, residues do not need to be added, and the shape dimension and the roundness of the sealing head are more superior. The invention also discloses a molding mould. |
