Summary:The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for speed regulation of a fan and a communication system. In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the speed regulation of the fan is carried out, the temperature of the system is defected according to a preset time period; and when the detected temperature exceeds a preset temperature interval, the rotating speed of the fan is regulated step by step, and thus the fan can maintain relatively constant rotating speed in the each process of regulating the fan step by step till the fan is operated in the set temperature interval, therefore, the reliability of the fan can be improved.
