Summary: | The invention relates to a jam skeleton for a perforating gun. The jam skeleton can be crushed into smaller particles after construction operation so as to prevent the gun jammed accident from happening. The jam skeleton is prepared by a powder metallurgy method, and the material of the jam skeleton comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 2 percent of C, 0.5 to 2.5 percent of Cu, 0 to 2.5 percent of Ni, 0 to 0.2 percent of rare element and the balance of Fe. The preparation method of the jam skeleton comprises the following steps of: compounding, mixing, pressing blanks, sintering at the temperature of 1100 to 1200 DEG C; and finally carrying out vapour treatment on the sintered blanks at the temperature of 400 to 600 DEG C. |
