Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of wu-chia-pee liquor, in particular to a method and a color fixative for prolonging the fading of the wu-chia-pee liquor. The color fixative for prolonging the fading of the wu-chia-pee liquor consists of sodium hydrogensulfite and sodium sulfite. The weight ratio of sodium hydrogensulfite to sodium sulfite is 1:0.1 to 1.6. The invention also discloses the method for prolonging the fading of the wu-chia-pee liquor. The invention solves the problem of easy fading of the wu-chia-pee liquor in the storing period and prolongs the fading time of the wu-chia-pee liquor, thus, the wu-chia-pee liquor product cannot fade and lose gloss in three years so as to improve the quality and sensorial effect of the wu-chia-pee liquor product. |
