Summary: | The invention discloses a high-strength polytetrafluoroethylene-metal composite board and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite board comprises a metal mesh and a polytetrafluoroethylene plate of which the bottom layer is embedded in the metal mesh so as to form the high-strength polytetrafluoroethylene-metal composite board firmly combined with the metal plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: arranging the polytetrafluoroethylene plate and the metal mesh in a mould; and heating to make the bottom layer of the polytetrafluoroethylene plate deformed and embedded in the mesh to manufacture the composite board, or spraying or brushing polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion on the surface of the metal mesh for multiple times, and baking and sintering to manufacture the composite board.
