Summary: | The invention provides a method suitable for soldering low-stress lead-free solder strips. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing the materials and tools of battery pieces, lead-free solder strips, lead-free solder tin wires, an electric soldering iron and the like which are used for soldering and meet requirements; placing the battery pieces on a heating plate to preheat the battery pieces; soldering the lead-free solder strips on each of the battery pieces by using the electric soldering iron; placing the soldered battery pieces at fixed positions of a template; connecting the battery pieces in series by using the electrical soldering iron; splicing the batteries which are connected in series together according to a circuit diagram designed on drawing paper so that the battery strings are also connected in series and electrical contact is ensured to be good; and stacking the materials according to a stacking order designed in the drawing paper for laminating.
