Summary: | The invention discloses a solar energy back film with high water vapor rejection rate and a making method thereof, wherein the solar energy back film has high water vapor rejection property and excellent adhesive property with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate); the making method is simple and easy to implement. The back film is formed by compounding a weather resistant layer, a waterproof layer, an insulating layer and a weather resistant layer, wherein the waterproof layer is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP). In the method, the weather resistant layer, the waterproof layer, the insulating layer and the weather resistant layer are coated, compounded and cured by using an adhesive, and then plasma gas surface grafting treatment is performed on the weather resistant layer. |
