Summary: | The invention discloses a method of collagen modification of medical metal implant surfaces. A medical metal implant with a bioactive coating is taken as a matrix, and the surface of the medical metal implant is pre-coated with an organic alkali or inorganic alkali inducing layer, so that collagen molecules are assembled into collagen fibers under the alkaline environment, and further the collagen fibers are adhered to the outer side of the bioactive coating of the medical metal implant to form a collagen fiber layer. Since collagen is a major component of extracellular matrix, and the outer layer of the collagen can effectively improve the biocompatibility and bioactivity of the medical metal surface. The collagen modified medical metal implant obtained from the invention can overcomes the defects that the commercially medical metal implant surface has low activity, slow tissue repair, long time required for curing and the like, and effectively improves the adhesion strength of the collagen layer to the meta |
