The invention discloses a lamp tube structure of a light-emitting diode. A lamp shade is manufactured by adopting a mixture of a thermoplastic polymer and calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and the surface of the lamp shade is designed into a concave-convex surface so as to achieve the effect of eliminating glare; and in addition, reflectors cover on a circuit board inside the lamp tube structure of the light-emitting diode to enhance the light-emitting brightness, thereby achieving the technical effect of generating no glare effect on a lamp tube of the light-emitting diode and enhancing the brightness.
