Summary: | The invention discloses an attapulgite-based technique for the remediation of heavy-metal contaminated soil. The technique comprises the following steps: adding attapulgite with the ratio thereof being lower than or equal to 8% and the particle size thereof being 100 meshes to the heavy-metal contaminated soil; and mixing. The technique can effectively fix various heavy metals, particularly Cu, Zn and Cd, in the soil, prevent the heavy metals from being migrated into plants from the soil and fundamentally prevent the heavy metals from entering the food chain; the technique of the invention has the advantages of simple operation and low soil management cost, avoids the secondary pollution and is capable of reducing the pollution level and reducing the absorption of heavy metals into plantswithin a short time. Therefore, the technique constitutes a safe and effective method for the remediation of heavy-metal contaminated soil. |
