The invention discloses an automatic splicing device of hard-box cigarette lining frame paper, which relates to an auxiliary structure of a cigarette packaging device. The middle part of a base plate (14) is provided with a middle opening (37), both sides of the base plate (14) are respectively provided with an outward extended block (36) and an outward extended lug (38), and a cutting and pasting mechanism of the lining frame paper is arranged at the middle part of the base plate (14); one side of the cutting and pasting mechanism of the lining frame paper is provided with front paper plate lining frame paper transmitting mechanism; and the other side of the cutting and pasting mechanism of the lining frame paper is provided with a wait-receiving paper plate lining frame paper transmitting mechanism. The invention can realize automatic switchover of an operating paper roll and a spare paper roll under the condition that the device operates normally, reduces shutdown times and increases unit efficiency.
