Summary: | The invention relates to an iron-based rare earth high-chromium wear-resistant welded steel ash mixer blade used for ash mixers. The steel material of the blade includes low carbon, high chromium and low nickel, and the formula of rare earth is added; and the metallographic structure of the steel material is the dual-phase structure where austenite, ferrite and carbide coexist under as cast condition. During discharge, 0.02-0.2% of 1# Baotou rare earth ferrosilicon alloy is added in the ladle for treatment and the rest are iron and impurities generally formed under smelting condition. The blade has pure steel, refined and spheroidized grains, compact structure, excellent corrosion resistance, scouring resistance and wear resistance and long service life which is improved by 3 times compared with the service life of the original pieces, simultaneously saves energy, reduces consumption, lowers the unit cost of the steel, increases the economic benefits of the enterprises, saves time and power, is low in cost an |
