Summary:The present invention relates to a method of displaying a sequence of images producing a sensation of relief, comprising a step for producing a sequence of pairs of stereoscopic images. The sequence of pairs of stereoscopic images represents a diversity of filmed situations where at least one of the distances between the camera system, the foreground subject and the most distant plane varies. Theproduction and/or construction step comprises, for each of the pairs of stereoscopic images, by adjustment and/or by calculation, a local and/or global adjustment, on at least one of the parameters formed by the stereoscopic disparity, the sharpness, the blurring and the light contrast, in order to minimize the effects of phantom images below the perception threshold of the observer equipped withsaid filtering glasses.
