Summary:The invention discloses a humidity measuring device. The device comprises a capacitance measuring unit and a microcontroller, wherein the capacitance measuring unit is used for respectively outputting frequency signals of a humicap and a reference capacitor through the humicap and the reference capacitor; and the microcontroller is used for acquiring the frequency values of the humicap and the reference capacitor according to the frequency signals of the humicap and the reference capacitor, and acquiring the current ambient humidity value by utilizing the linear function relation between the frequency difference values (of the humicap and the reference capacitor) and the humidity value. Accordingly, the invention also discloses a humidity measuring method. The invention can enhance precision and stability of humidity measurement.
