The refrigerant recycling control device comprises a pressure sensor, a switch, an alarm and a main board, wherein the pressure sensor is arranged on a low-voltage pipe of an inner machine of an air-conditioner; the switch is connected between a power source and a socket, and the socket is used for supplying the power to an outdoor machine of the air-conditioner to be tested; and the main board is provided with a detecting module and a control module, wherein when a pressure value reaches a set value, the main board controls the alarm to alarm and controls the switch to switch off after the interval of the set time.
