Summary: | The invention relates to a preserved fruit without sugar and a preparing method thereof. The preserved fruit without sugar comprises the following components in weight percent: 5-25% of pulp, 1-15% of sugar, 50-65% of sugar alcohol, and 10-20% of water. The preparing method comprises the following steps of: taking fruit and vegetable as raw materials, washing, hardening and protecting color, rinsing, sugaring, baking and the like. The preserved fruit without sugar which is obtained through the above steps, uses sugar alcohols as processing aids, the sugar content thereof is no more than 15%, and the sugar content is just from the raw materials; and the preserved fruit has the advantages of the rich nutrition, good taste, good color and rich flavor of the original fruits and is suitable for the general people, especially for eating by people suffering from diabetics. |
