Summary:The invention discloses a method for preparing nano copper slurry for a ceramic capacitor used for screen printing, which comprises the following steps: mixing 80 percent of organic solvent and 20 percent of resin in percentage by mass, and then fully stirring and mixing the organic solvent and the resin under the water bath condition of 60 DEG C to obtain an organic carrier; and fully stirring and mixing 18 to 30 percent of organic carrier, 65 to 75 percent of nano copper powder, 2 to 4 percent of glass phase and 1 to 3 percent of additive, and grinding the mixture on a three-roll grinder for 10 times to obtain the nano copper slurry for the ceramic capacitor used for screen printing. The method for preparing the nano copper slurry for the ceramic capacitor used for screen printing reduces the electrode material cost of the ceramic capacitor to nearly one third compared with the conventional method, and greatly promotes the application of the ceramic capacitor in the electronic information industry.
