The invention discloses a rubber valve body material for an automobile braking system and a preparation method thereof. The rubber valve body material comprises the following components of raw materials in part by weight: 80 to 120 parts of fluororubber, 6 to 10 parts of active agent, 1 to 3 parts of lubricant, 2 to 4 parts of acid-base balance agent and 1 to 3 parts of curing agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of immersing adhesives for the framework, the mixing and molding the raw materials, preheating framework and vulcanizing in segments twice. The rubber valve body material prepared by the invention has high strength, tearing resistance, low compression deformation resistance, resistance to various oils and fats and excellent high and low temperature performance, ensures the product percent of pass by utilizing a vulcanization molding process, and accelerates the home-manufacturing process of high-end automobile parts.
