Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a multicore shielding low-voltage crosslinked cable, which comprises the procedures of wire drawing, annealing, wire bundling, insulating extrusion molding, irradiation, twisting, knitting, shielding and warehousing. Compared with the prior art, the invention reduces the irradiation dose by 20-30 percent by adding a boosting agent and a sensitizing agent into granules of an insulating layer and has favorable abrasive resistance, high-temperature resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance, chemical solvent resistance, infusibility and flame retardance during lead welding, and the like; and an irradiated wire has smaller outer diameter than that of a full polyvinyl chloride insulating wire with same specification section, is light in weight, saves an internal wire use space of a car and is more convenient for installation. |
