The invention relates to a method for the biologically oxidizing and filtering pre-processing of PPCPs in drinking water, which comprises the following steps of: pumping the raw water stored in a raw water tank into a biologically oxidizing and filtering column from a water inlet with a peristaltic pump so as to filter the water through a filter material layer; leading a DO into the biologically oxidizing and filtering column; after a naturalized membrane hanging period, allowing the process to enter a stable operating period, degrading the water for 6 to 8h, and then allowing the water sample to flow into a collecting basin; and back washing the biologically oxidizing and filtering column in the end of the whole filtering period. The device comprises the raw water tank, the peristaltic pump, the biologically oxidizing and filtering column, a back wash outlet, an aerator, an air compressor, a gas flow meter, a back wash inlet and the collecting basin.
