The invention provides a hydraulic impact wrench, which comprises a driving mechanism and a wrench mechanism which are connected mutually, wherein the driving mechanism comprises an current passing handle, a switch throttle valve module, an inversing valve module and a seawater or fresh water hydraulic motor in turn from bottom to top; the switch throttle valve module is provided with a trigger; and the seawater or fresh water hydraulic motor is connected with the wrench mechanism. The tool directly takes seawater or fresh water as a working medium to carry out assembling/disassembling operation on threaded connecting pieces, is mainly used in the fields such as undersea repair and maintenance of ships, underwater buildings, and lake and riverway projects, and has the characteristics of high reliability, adjustable output torque, no limitation to underwater operational depth, wide operating range, high efficiency and good environmental compatibility.
