The device comprises a round flask A, a condenser tube B and an extractor C, wherein the extractor C comprises a connecting tube, a V-shaped tube and a two-way valve, and the V-shaped tube is filled with organic solvents and water; the opening of the round flask A is connected with a joint of the connecting tube of the extractor C, the condenser tube B is connected with a joint of the V-shaped tube of the extractor C, and the bottom of the V-shaped tube is provided with the two-way valve.
