Summary:The invention provides an equal channel angular pressing processing method for improving the microstructure and performance of 7000 series cast aluminum alloy, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, preheating the cast aluminum alloy to between 400 and 500DEG C; and then sending the cast aluminum alloy reaching the preheating temperature into an equal channel angular pressing mold which is preheated to between 30 and 400DEG C for pressing, and controlling the strain capacity of the pressing mold to between 0.4 and 0.7 and the pressing speed to between 10 and 50mm/s. The method has the advantages of simple method and easy implementation.
